Sir, I am 31 years old female. In my LFT test, following are more than normal: 1. bilirubin(total) - 4.05,bilirubin(direct) - 3.20,bilirubin(indirect) - 0.85, SGOT(AST) - 183, SGPT(ALT) - 611, Alkaline Phospatase - 410 2.HBs Ag andHCv Ab - are negative 3. ultrasound report is : liver-is normal in size (15.1 cm), shape and shows diffuse increase in echotexture.no focal SOL noted. Vascular channels are clear . No evidence of IHBR dilation seen. Impression - Diffuse hepatic steatosis; echogenic gb walls Adv: LFT correlation.
