General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Her liver is inflamated, this explains the abdominal pain she is experiencing (high SGOT, High SGPT). So, she needs immediate consultation with liver specialist (gastroenterologist) to determine the right diagnosis.

She also needs a few more tests to rule out hepatitis.

Wish fast recovery.
