Hello Doctor, I was diagnose with chronic hepatitis B 3yrs ago, I did abdominal scan and my liver was okay then( 12.9cm) did scan now and my liver is (15.08cm) and was told my liver is okay. I did LFT with the following values; GGTP= 12.0 IU/L Bilirubin Total= 1.59 mg/dl Bilirubin direct= 0.55 mg/dl Bilirubin indirect= 1.04 mg/dl AST( SGOT) =37.6 U/L ALT(SGPT)= (serum) 52.6 U/L Alkaline phosphate= 70.0 IU/L Total proteins=8.24gm% Albumin = 4.67 gm% Globulin= 3.57 gm% A/G ratio = 1.3 HBV DNA QUANTIFICATION = 2,270IU/ml Log Value= 3.36 HbsAg( Quantification) serum = 515.6 IU/ml Symptoms I experience include; Intermittent pain at the lower part of the right rib and back Rumbling noise in the abdomen Sometimes tiredness I have been on livolin forte one capsule daily for awhile now Please what do you advise?
