Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are taking drugs for chronic prostatitis. ALT is raised to more than twice the upper limit.

Now, as your other tests are not much affected and ultrasound of liver is normal. You need not worry much as prostatis will also raise liver tests.

I assume that you do not have raised bilirubin or jaundice. You can take tablet Liv 52 DS if you are having decresed appetite.

Your liver tests will be normal after your prostatitis is cured and antibiotics are stopped.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
