What Does This MRA Report Indicate?

Yes I recently had a MRA of brain cuz constant headaches that showed alil loop which they thought could be small anurysm from 1mm to 2mm but wasn t to sure, then got a CTA to follow that, and that showed no aneurysm there so my question is which test is more accurate to see one, and would the CTA detect one as small as 1mm or2mm I m a lil worried can you explain alil more

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, an aneurysm can be the cause of constant headaches and CTA is a very sensitive test and can detect as small as 2mm of the aneurysm.

However, if that's ruled out then there are many other causes of headaches as well. you need to consult your neurologist again.
