What Does This MRI Mean?

My MRI brain showed a few foci of abnormal hyperintense FLAIR signal seen in the subcortical white matter, mostly on the right frontal lobe. These likely represent small ischemic changes and less likely demyelinating process. I am a 41yo female and I believe they were screening for MS as I have had symptoms. Can you explain exactly what this means and if there could be anything besides MS?
