What Does This MRI Of Shoulder Indicate?

I was diagnosed with "a Supraspinatus Tendinosis without evidence of a tear. There was a 10mm ganglion adjacent to the anterior scapular neck suggestive of a para labral cyst from an anterior-inferior tear."

That was from a MRI.
Basically I fell and caught all my weight with my right shoulder (arm bent landed on elbow). This happen in Oct 30th 09. My range of motion is pretty much back, but I still fell pain in arm. I'm a TV cameraman so this has been a real problem. It still feels weak and after one day of hand held camera work I've been sore for a week. I did 12 or so days of rehab, all that. I want to start working out and building strength back up but, worried it's not finished healing. Am I just going to have to be patient and wait a full year to be back to normal of should I get another check up on it?
