What Does This MRI Of Spine For Back Pain Indicate?

I m 26 famel. . I had back pain from a birth defects at my spine ( block vertebra d8,d9 and d10,d11 - Failure of segmentation vertebra). My last mri show that I had transitional lumbosacral vertebra with sacralization of l5. Also noted at l2/l3 degenerative disc disease. Are they any solutions like surgery or medicines that can reduce my pain ??Also I had a lot of head pain and a lot of headache .. is these pains related to my back pain ??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the congenital defects then nothing much can be done although case need team work that includes the neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeon, and other it is better to discus this with them and hope this information helps.
