What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

My MRI has showed residual post-op post vertebral collection around operation site 6 months since I had a L2 nerve sheath tumour excised showed grade 2 ependymonia. What concerns is this fluid collection, dr has said another MRI in 6 months. Should I be concerned and why would there be the need for another MRI?
