What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hello I am looking at my MRI results and wondering what it all means. It reads. C6-C7 there is cervical apotheosis and formation of a large and broad right parental disc osteopath projecting into the spinal canal flattening the right side of the thecal sac. The findings have a dark signal on T2 weighted images. The findings cause at least moderate central canal stenosis. The thecal sac is reduced to 7 mms AP. There is a lose of CSF anterior and posterior to the cord. There is incoherently joint and facet joint degeneration resulting in moderate right and mild to moderate left criminal stenosis.
