General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the report indicative of bulging at fusion site that means the healed tissue or architecture has overgrown or showing changes of hypertrophy. However, it is best recommended to evaluate the underlying MRI findings with the suffered symptoms of the patient, rather than blindly evaluating the data. Kindly give all relevant information of your symptoms along with MRI plates to your doctor for further better evaluation and guidelines accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
