What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hi , From last 2 days, my father faced some type of current in head and after that headache and heaviness of head and to know the reason i visited to Hospital and doctor asked me to do the MRI Brain. Today i get the MRI report and Impression is like : Normal MRI brain ,except for polypoid maxillary/ethmoid and left frontal sinus mucosal thickening. please suggest

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern about your Father's health.
MRI scan report indicates that he has polyps in the para-nasal sinuses in ethamoidal and maxillary sinuses. Frontal sinus shows thinckening, which could de due to mucosal reaction. Brain is normal.
Nasal polyps are noncancerous, teardrop-shaped growth from nose or sinuses arising out of mucous membrane often associated with allergies.
They can be treated with administration of tropical steroids or by its removal by surgery called 'polypectomy', which can be done by nasal endoscope.
You need to consult ENT surgeon for opinion and management in this regard.
