What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hi...dr i have back pain along with men right leg since 4 months my MRI Report is this. Findings:- Straightening of lumber curvature due to muscular spasm. Disc dehydration found at L4-L5 level. At L4-L5 level circumferential disc protrusion predominantly central with annular tear causing compression over anterior thecal sac encroachment and narrowing of bilateral neural foramina. Mild cntral disc bulge also noted at L3-L4 level indenting underlying thecal sac with mild narrowing of bilateral neural foramina. Multilevel hypothropied ligamentum flavum and face arthopathy identified. Please advised me for treatment . i am just 25 year old what should i do.. 1. Physiotherapy 2.excercisecise 3.medication 4.surgery. I am very confused...

Hi,

It simply means there is a displaced disc at your back which is causing the compression of the nerve, this results in pain. You need surgery to remove the disc.
