Hi, I am suffering sever back pain from left side of back to legs , i recently go for MRI which results are (1. L5-S1 disc dehydrated, 2. Lumbar spine shows loss of normal lordotic curvature. 3. Disc bulge seen at L5-S1 level , causing ventral thecal sac identification and minmal left side narrowing. Kindly suggest me for further prevention or any other cure. My daily route is long drive 300-400 KMs and long sitting in office as well and irregualr meal times.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the MRI is suggestive of spine degenerative disease with loss of curve for the degenerative disease it could be surgical condition and for loss of lordosisphysiotherapy is the best option, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
