What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

HAD MRI TODAY FOR ER SITUATION BEING OUT OF IT FOR 1 DAY PLUS, N HAD BAD HEADACHE BEFORE. HAVE NO MEMORY OF OCCURENCE. MRI RESULTS INCLUDE LACUNAR INFARCT OF ROGHT ASPECT OF THE PONS AND UNDERLYING SMALL VESSELS ISCHEMIC CHANGES. ALSO STATES NO VASCULAR DESCRIPTION ACUTE INFARCT. STRUGGLE WITH HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND MAY HAVE ACCIDENTALLY TOOK A SOMA PILL AFTER TAKING PHENTERMIN--THIS MAY HAVE BEEN A CAUSE. WHAT DOES MRI MEAN? MOTHER DIED FROM STROKE AND BORTHER HAS HAD ONE. ANY INFO APPRECIATED
