What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hi! I am 30 yrs old, with no kids. My husband and i has been trying hard to get baby, but failed. I went to see gynea for check up. After checking the gynea suggest me to do detail scanning with MRI. MRI found large pedunculated fibroid with base at right posterior fundus of the uterus. My questions are , Should i remove the fibroid? If i don t, would it affect my health and caused difficulty to conceived. If i remove the fibroid, would it caused me difficult to conceived? I am very worried, my husband and i love kids so much. The MRI report as below, Uterus is anterverted and enlarged. Pedunculated lesion with base at right posterior fundus of uterus. Measuring size 10.3 x 7.3 x 6.4cm. Base of measure lesion 4.5x 4.3cm. Rest of the uterus appears normal. Endometrium appears normal. Both ovaries are small. No adnexal lesions. Urinary bladder appears normal. No evidence of enlarged lymph nodes or ascites. Pelvic bones appear normal. .

Hello,I have seen your MRI scan report.Pedenculated fibroid in posterior fundus of the uterus is fibroid (it is benign growth, benign means non cancerous) in posterior wall of uterus.Actually gamate ( ovary penetrated by sperm) lodges and grown in posterior wall of uterus only and fibroid size 10.3x7.3x6.4 is a big sized fibroid.
As per your health aspect and to conceive you must undergo surgery to remove this.As per health wise this will cause heavy bleeding, and this stalk (pedenculus) may get twisted and may lead to gangrene and life thretening.
To conceive also fibroid should be removed.
