What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I had an ear infection 7 weeks ago that was treated with a rocephan shot, and two courses of antibiotic. I had an MRI because I still can t hear very well out of the affected ear and I have severe tinnitus. My MRI showed fluid in the air cells in the mastoid area. My ENT says its not a big deal and there is nothing I can do about it. I am super miserable. Is there any way to get rid of the fluid in the mastoid cells?

Hello,
There is not a way to get rid of that fluid in the air cells except by waiting for time to pass and making sure that you avoid allergens and infections
Regards
