General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The MRI report is indicative of previously damaged brain parenchyma structures which has changed in tissue intensity over a period of time to hyper-intense areas. Chronic micro infarctions with lack of blood supply for a period of time is the usual case in this instance. However, kindly provide details of:
- Current age
- Present symptoms if any
- Previous history of head injury, fall or accident
- Systemic illness as diabetes, hypertension or others
- MRI plates

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
