What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I m looking over MRI report of my lower back. It reports L3-L4: Mild diffuse disc bulge. Thecal sac and foramina are patent. and L4-L5: There is a broad-based central disc protrusion with moderate thecal sac comromise. There is bilateral facet arthoropathy with mild foraminal stenosis. Can you explain this Please? Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, the given report is suggestive of degenerative disease of spine and it may need surgery if it is sever in condition else it can be managed on conservative way, ideally it needs to be correlated with the clinical conditions hope this information helps.
