General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

According to the results stated, there are arthritic changes in the lower back between the L 3 and L4 vertebra, the L 4 and L5 vertebra and the L5 to S1.

It is possible that the degeneration is affecting the nerves in the areas causing neuropathy.

The facet joints are area of the vertebra where they connect with each other, there is enlargement of these joints likely secondary to the same arthritic changes.

There is no spinal stenosis which means that the area where the spinal cord passes is not narrowed, this is good. This means that the cord is not being compressed centrally.

I hope this helps
