hi..doctor suggested to take the MRI scan for brain.. Impression written report: Chronic lacunar infarcts in left lentiform nucleus and left cerebral peduncles. Bilateral chronic small vessel ischemic changes in white matter of bilateral frontal lobes can you please suggest

Hello,

This is suggestive of ischemic stroke which is more common in elderly than in youngsters. If this condition is associated with any symptoms like weakness in limbs, slurring of speech then I suggest you visit a neurologist ASAP.
