there is no focal ,segmental or regional area of increased activity is seen , to suggest the presence of osseous metastases. increased activity is seen over the vertebrae, the sacroiliac joints and the appendicular joints ,suggestive of degenerative changes, degenerative osseous changes

These means that there is no spread of cancer in the osseous, only degenerative changes, probably related to the age. This is good news!
