General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It shows a fresh thromboembolic infarct which blocked the blood supply of part of the brain. There is a background of chronic infarction too. Contact a neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
