What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I am having pain in my upper back. At times it feels like someone is pressing against my spine. My right shoulder blade area swells up. Recently I had a MRI and it shows a small paracentral disc herniation T5-T6 level that slightly deforms the right aspect of the cord. There is also a tiny central disc herniation at T4-T5 level. No doctor has addressed this with me. Any advice?

Hi,

As per your MRI reports you have Thoracic spondylitis. Consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shalu Mishra
