What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Hi, this is the results of my MRI after suffering from years of headaches. Unremarkable brain parenchyma. Diminished size of flow voids of the right P1 segment with enlargement of the PCOM in keeping with fetal origin of the right PCA. Incidental findings including prominence of nasopharyngeal soft tissues, for which clinical correlation is recommended.
