What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

Echondroma is diagnosed on right hand upper bone and below the MRI scan report. 1)Kindly suggest me whether shall i proceed with surgery or not? 2) If it not removed then will impact much serious in future? MRI Report: well defined intramedullary T2 hyperintense(1.6cm x 1.8cm x 3.9cm) lesion in the proximal humeral shaft

welcome to hcm...enchondroma is skeletal benign tumour ..it should be surgically excised ..no option here ..it will grow un size ..please go for surgery as soon as possible
