What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

the MRI impression of my 3 year old son says," MRI STUDY REVEALS ON T2W & FLAIR IMAGES, HYPERINTENSE AREAS IN POSTERIOR PERIVENTRICULAR REGIONS & CENTRUM SEMIOVALES, BILATERALLY & ALMOST SYMMETRICALLY WHICH MAY BE NORMAL TERMINAL AREAS OF MYELINATION. NO OTHER ABNORMALITY IS SEEN." should i go to IICP or any pediatric neurologist? please help me out.
