What Does This MRI Report Indicate?

I had an MRI because of headaches and mild vision disturbance in left eye, it came back and says there is a single small focus of gliosis within the right frontal white matter. What does this mean? My chiropractor ordered the test. Should I go see a DR.?

Radiologist 's  Response
Nonspecific reactive change of glial cells in response to damage to CNS.
It is the universal response of the CNS to tissue injury and occurs as a result of many acute conditions like trauma/ischemia/stroke.
In addition gliosis is present in a wide variety of CNS pathologies.
It will be good if you took him for a neurology consultation.
