Hello, I recently had a MRI on my lumbar spine. The doctor explained but I didn t really understand the terminology. Ok, here goes. Early spondylitis change with anterolateral osteophytes at the endplates. No significant central canal or foraminal stenosis. Benign shmorl nodes are noted with mild anterior wedging of L1 and L2 which appears longstanding. No pars defect
