What Does This MRI Report Mean?

I recently had an MRI done on my brain. for abnormal gait and memory loss. there are few small foci of increased T2 signal throughout the cerebral white matter, most likely small vessel ischemic changes. There is diffuse parenchymal volume loss with preponderance of the parietal lobes bilaterally. Please clinically correlate for alzheimer s disease. no bleed, midline shift or hydrocephalus.
