What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Indicate?

I am a 37 years old lady .my height is 5ft 4inches and weight 55 kg, I have gone through MRI and the findings are as under: Both cerebral hemishperes reveal normal morphology and signal characteristic but evidence of calcification /iron deposition is noted in both globus pallidi and substantia nigra. Diagnosis by the doctor as RIGHT UL-segmental dystonia
