What Does This MRI Report Of Lumbar Spine Indicate?
hello, my name is j.mandal m-67yrs.MRI study of lumbar spine is suggestive of
1)lumbar spondylosis with degenerative disc disease.
2)L1-L2,L2-L3,L3-L4,L4-5 posterocentral disc prolapse with facet arthropathy causing central canal and neuroforaminal stenosis with compressive radiculopathy.
3)End plate changes-L3-L4.
4)ligamentum flavum hypertrophy-L3-L5.
5)dessicated disc with disc bulge-L5-S1.
plz suggest me what to do and where in kolkata i will go for surgery
