What Does This MRI Report Of Neck Indicate?

5mm cyst at c6/c7, 7 mm at c7/t1, 9 mm at t1/t2, 7 mm on right lobe of thyroid. Bulging disc x2. Narrowing at multiple neural foramen, all in neck. Question, do I freak out yet? Check thyroid first? These were found in an MRI of neck that has 2cages, 6 screws. My first step is , what?

Hi
I have gone through your report.
The cysts in MRI cervical vertebra not mentioned where there are present.i think these might be seen following trauma so called psedomeningoceles(dural out pouchings).these might be causing narrowing of neural foramina.regarging small cyst in thyroid nothing to worry.best is consult doctor regarding spine.
