General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the MRI report indicative of tear (full thickness) of supra and infra spinatus tendons indicate grave traumatic injury to shoulder rotator cuff. In this condition, sports are not advisable at all which may worsen the condition a great deal. There is only cure of this condition is arthroscopic repair or laparoscopic repair of the torn ligaments.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
