What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

What would your advice be to someone with an mri reading like this?
L1/L2 – no disc bulge. Bilate facet arthrosis with fluid in the facet joints
L2/L3- There is a left lateral disc protrusion with left neural foraminal narrowing and nerve root compression.
L3/L4 – Bilateral facet arthrosis with fluid in the facet joints with left lateral disc protrusion
L4/L5 – Bilateral disc protrusion with left predominance, bilateral facet arthrosis and moderate to severe left neural foraminal narrowing
L5/S1 – Broad based disc protrusion which has right predominance with right nerve root compression and abutment of the left nerve root. Mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and there is an annular fissure. Modic endplate changes and bilateral facet arthosis with fluid in the facet joints.
