What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

sir i have pain in hand &finger tips tingles i also have mri test which is c2-c3=12mm, c3-c4=10mm, c4-c5 =10mm, c4-c6=9mm, &c6-c7=11mm,
and the brief summary of the mri report is--degenrative mild diffuse posterior disc bulge
what should i persecute for it
at c5-c6I.V.disc level causing stenosis of both lateral recess & neural exit foramina producing mild indentation over thecal sac without compression over lateral exiting nerve roots
