What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

hi, i'm a 28 yr old female with severe neck pain. mri says straightning of cervical lordosis, disk osteophyte complex ease at c4-c5 & c5-67. Disk protrusion at c6-c7 w/ mild thecal sac impression. Will i have to have surgery for the chronic and acute pain??
