What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

What does the MRI finding of inflammatory changes in some of the right mastoid air cells mean? I am 52, weigh 115 pounds, and am 5' 2". I have mitochondrial disease, demyelination of the pons, asthma & allergies, MVP, degenerative scoliosis (12/08 S1-T9 rods, fusion, and other instrumentation), spinal stenosis, osteoarthritis of the spine, sacraliation of L5, dysautonomia, borderline Chiari malformation, central and peripheral Raynaud's, intestinal dysmotility, ptosis, and foot drop.
