What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

I am having pain in back since one and half year.I got my MRI done a week ago.Reports say : Lumbarization of S1 vertebra is seen.L4-L5: Reduced disc space with narrow waist is seen,could represent partial congenital fusion. Ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is seen at this level. L5-S1 : diffuse disc bulge indenting adjacent traversing and bilateral L5 exiting nerve roots.
S1-S2 : diffuse disc bulge is seen.c3-c4 through C7 -T1 levels : disc bulge indenting adjacenal sac.
