What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Indicate?

sir my mom has a problem of back pain and now a days the problem has increased that her walking also changed..after mri scan the impressions are l3-l4,l4-l5,l5-s1 lumbar spondylosis
and l3-l4,l4-l5,l5-s1 disc protrusions are midly compressing the thecal sac and bilateral neural recesses..
sir so please may i know da problem and tha cure for this.
