What Does This MRI Report Of Spine Mean?

What does this mean? Progressive disc abnormality at L5-S1 with broad-based paracentral and posterolateral protrusion on this exam. Posterior displacement of the traversing left S1 nerve as well as mild encroachment upon the proximal aspect of left foramen.es this result mean from my MRI;

The progressive disc abnormality of L5 and S1 may be in concern with age related degenerative changes, radiculopathy of vertebra or spinal stenosis. However, kindly provide further details as below for proper evaluation of this report:
- Your age
- Current symptoms at present as
- Back ache
- Difficulty in movements, walking if any
- Bowel, bladder control level
- Tingling or numbness legs
- Erectile dysfunction
- Associated diseases as diabetes, high BP or others
- Details of routine activities
