My MRI on my right hip reads. Postsergical changes are present on the right. The joint spaces are symmetric Bilaterally . The osseous structures are intact. No acute fracture or dislocation is identified. The SI joints are symmetric bilaterally. The bony pelvis is intact. The soft tissues are unremarkable.. What would that all mean
