What Does This MRI Report Regarding Lateral Tibial Fracture Indicate?

Hi Doctor, I am aslam/32yrs.....After an RTA mid jan, I got to know there s communited lateral tibial fracture by MRI after one month(which was not revealed by x-ray the very first day) then after I had been on cast for 3 week, it is healed but even after 2 weeks of cast removal my keel swelling hasnt gone. Note that ligaments, menisci, tibia-femur gap is normal. I would mention more finding of MRI that there was MFC & INtercondyler notch.....contusion, Edema in distal part of quadriceps muscles and both patellar retinacula with no evidence of tear(rest things are normal). Thanks
