Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Will this qualify for disability? I cannot work due to severe pain, fine motor loss and balance issues, my MRI report. Cervical spine shows straightening of the normal lordotic curvature. The posterior neural arch of C1 shows congenital nonunion. The cervical discs show varying degrees of decreased T2 signal from chronic desiccation. Multilevel mild to moderate osteophyte formation is noted. C4-5 left uncovertebral joint degenerative changes with left foraminal mild/moderate narrowing. C5-6 mild degenerative disc disease. Right foraminal mild/moderate and left foraminal moderate/severe narrowing. C6-7: The posterior annulus shows minimal bulging. The thoracic spine demonstrates a gentle reverse S shaped curvature.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the chances of disability to be proved with the report given here is very minimal, you have to go to see the norms for this it may not be fix criteria are there hope this information helps.
