.as she was hypertensive and diabetic she has the decreased blood supply to brain as a result she has developed shrinkage of brain and infarcts etc ..she should have proper control of her blood pressure to be kept below 140/90 and sugar level and lipid profile level to be kept withun normal range ..within normal ...she would need proper bp and sugar control ...lipid drug as atorvastatin and baby aspirin as 100 mg per day as a prophylaxis of further ischemiac attack
