I recently injured my knee. After an MRI, was given a detailed summary of what happened to the joint; 1.full thickness tear of the proximal ACL, 2. low grade partial tear of the distal semi-membranous tendon superimposed on tendinopathy, with low grade of the distal muscle fibers, 3. small complex poplliteal cyst , 4. intrasubstance degeneration in the miniscus. my Question, How severe, and will the tendons and ligaments heal on their own?
