What Does This MRI Report Specify?

Just had an MRI that presented 1) Myxoid degeneration and/or chronic interstitial tearing of ACL. 2) Slight lateral patellar subluxation with grade 4 chondral fissuring overlying the patellar apex and medial patellar facet associated with tiny subchondral cysts. 3) Tiny joint effusion. 4) Varicose vein in the posterior aspect of the knee. I ve had knee surgery-scrapping, physical therapy, inserts, 3 types of NSAIDS, 2x steroid injections, knee brace and gel injection.

Hi
I have gone through your MRI report.
Myxoid degeneration / chronic interstitial tear of ACL, lateral subluxation of patella , chondral fissuring and subchondral cysts with effusion are features of arthritis.its all because of age related degeration of bones of joints.avoid scatting to reduce further progression of disease.
Use the medications prescribed.practice quadriceps strenghtening exercises.definitely your symptoms relleive.
Thank u
