What Does This MRI Result For Acute Back Pain Indicate?

Hi Doctor,I am 27 year old female.I am suffering through back ache since last 1 monthh. It started with upper back and thn gradually moved to lower back. I workout in gym regularly and might have lifted some heavy weight. Not sure if it happened because of this. Initially when it was upper back, doctor told me its interscapular Muscle spasm and gave me signoflam, flexura d, superca L for 5 days. i felt no pain during this but when the medication finished, pain started again. This time acute lower back pain due to which i was not able to walk or sit or sleep. I consulted different doctor and he suggest blood test, MRI, and X ray. Through blood test i came to know i ve vitamin D deficiency. X ray were normal. MRI showed following result:IMPRESSION:1. Straightening of the lumbar lordotic curvature is suggestive of paraspinal muscle spasm.2. No significant disc herniation, canal stenosis or neural compression.3. Screening of the whole spine is unremarkable.4. Asymmetrical focal areas of abnormal signal on the sacral and iliac aspect of both sacro-iliac joints L R. Mild edema is seen in left iliacus muscle. Possibility of inflammatory sacroilitis is more likely than infective. Please correlate with clinical and laboratory findings.I ve been taking vitamin D supplements and follwing medicines from last 15 days:Nucoxia MR,ECOZ D 20.Though Pain is not acute but i still feel pain while walking on lower back, left side above hips and also while sleeping while switching sides. Is thhe medication ok? When can i expect to be healed completely since its already been a month. Please advice.Thank youH
