What Does This MRI Result Indicate For Flank Pain?

I have had pain on my right side flank for almost 8 months. They first thought it was a kidney infection, 2 rounds of antibiotics and no relief. My urine came back with blood and high amounts of protein but no bacteria. I have had a ct scan, found cysts on my liver. They sent me for MRI and it came back with inflammation of my bile duct and liver. I have also had a camera inserted in my bladder to see if blood was coming from there. Bladder is fine. Was at doctor today and she found swelling in my right flank. The pain is increasing and they can t figure out what is wrong, getting very frustrated.
