T1 weighted images physiologic marrow Sinai is noted, the visualized portion of the thoracic aorta and the sternum is unremarkable T11-12 right paracentral disc bulging T12-L1 the disc herniation noted previously is no longer identified! I have been having a lot of excruciating pain in right side and pain in lower back and also a lot of pain in the abdominal are including really bad burning like hot coals on the inside of stomach! Also like muscle spasms in stomach! Can you give me any advice! I had a complete colonoscopy, endo, and lower intestines ct scan done that showed nothing at all, can you help
MRI scan shows bulging/protrusion of inter-vertebral disc at level T11-12 and T12-L1. The lower back pain and abdominal pain are probably due to disc protrusion / bulging. Treatment for disc protrusion/bulging is rest and pain killers. I suggest you consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
